Union Plus Real Estate Rewards are available to:  

• Dues-paying labor union members of participating unions
• Retired labor union members
• Spouses, children and parents of union members
• Widows/widowers of union members 

The rebate is 25% of the gross commission earned by the referred real estate agent representing you. For example, on a home sold for $450,000 with a 3% commission ($13,500), your rebate check would be $3,375.

Rebates are typically issued as a check shortly after your home purchase or sale has officially closed. 

If you are selling your current home and buying a new one at the same time, you can use a referred agent for both transactions. You will receive a 25% rebate on the sale and a 25% rebate on the purchase.

While the program is national, a few states have specific regulations regarding real estate commission rebates. If you live in one of these states, our dedicated support team can discuss alternative benefits or credits that may be available to you.
